Refund policy

Refund requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery as confirmed by the tracking information. Requests outside this window will not be eligible.

Requirements for Returns

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Must include all original packaging.
  • All return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING WARNING
Please note, international shipping for returns can be costly. We strongly recommend checking your measurements and referring to our size charts on each product page before buying to minimize the need for returns.

Initiating a Return

  1. Visit this link: account.zerolution.com
  2. Login with your customer email.
  3. Click the order that you want to submit the return for, and select the items that you want to return.
  4. Select a return reason and add a note for us.
  5. Click "Submit request".

You will receive an email with the return address and any additional information if applicable. After we receive and inspect the returned product, you will receive a refund.

Pack and Ship your Items

  1. Pack Your Items: Use the original packaging and include a note with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Ship It Back: Use a carrier that offers tracking services. Clearly mark your package as 'Returning Items' to prevent any import charges or taxes. If such fees are incurred due to incorrect labeling, they will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Process

After we receive your returned items and check them, we'll email you about your refund. If approved, it'll be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will investigate the issue and resolve it. We will always prioritize reshipping the exact items to you instead of issuing a refund, to prevent potential misuse of our refund process. You will be required to return the damaged package to us.

Order Cancellation

We understand that plans can change. Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order will likely have already moved forward in the fulfillment process and cannot be canceled or refunded, even if tracking information is not yet available.

Policy on Delivery Issues

  • Zerolution is not responsible for stolen packages after they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • Zerolution is not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout. Please ensure your address is accurate when placing your order.

That said, we are committed to helping ensure your order arrives as expected. Our customer service team is available to assist with any issues that arise. In the rare event a package is lost in transit, we will always prioritize reshipping the exact items over issuing a refund, as part of our efforts to prevent misuse of our refund process.
