Shipping Policy

Once processed, expect your order in to arrive in:
United States: 7-15 Conservation Day

Covers the entire U.S. mainland, excluding remote areas such as Alaska and Hawaii.

We do not offer delivery to other countries. Note that, in rare cases, international shipping may face delays, so please allow a few extra days of flexibility.

Order Processing

It usually takes 2-5 business days to process your order with the designers. Items are then shipped from our warehouse in secure branded packaging.

Policy on Delivery Issues

  • Zerolution will not be held responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, customs issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Zerolution is not responsible for stolen packages after they are marked as delivered.
  • Zerolution is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout. Please ensure your address is accurate when placing your order.

That being said, we will do everything in our power to ensure your package arrives as expected. Our customer service team is always here to assist and help resolve any issues. Very rarely does anything go wrong, but in the unlikely event that a package is lost in transit, we will reship your order promptly.

If there is any issue with an order, we prioritize reshipping the same exact items over issuing refunds. This helps us ensure customers receive their orders while also preventing potential misuse of our refund process.

Tracking Order

When your items are on the way, you'll get an email with tracking information and a tracking link. You can also check the status on our Tracking Page. If it hasn't shipped yet, tracking won't be available.

Order Cancellation

We understand that plans can change. Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order will likely have already moved forward in the fulfillment process and cannot be canceled, even if tracking information is not yet available.

Address Changes

Need to update your shipping address? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@pixierebels.com with your order number and updated address details. Once the order has moved forward in the fulfillment process, we cannot guarantee that an address change can be made, but we will do our best to assist.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will investigate the issue and resolve it. We will prioritize reshipping the exact items to you instead of issuing a refund, to prevent potential misuse of our refund process. You will be required to return the damaged package to us.

Split Deliveries

If we face any processing issues with one designer, we won't hold up your entire order. We'll go ahead and ship the other items first. We'll email you to explain what's happening so you're always in the know.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders let you reserve items that are coming soon or will be restocked. If your order has in-stock items too, we'll send those first. Pre-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they're available, and you'll get separate tracking for each shipment.

Keeping You Posted

We'll send you email updates about all your orders, whether they're ready to go or still on pre-order.
